You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

PLEASE NOTE that if you use the "Proceed to Checkout" (regular store checkout) button, then you, the receiver, will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and border fees. These fees will be collected by UPS or USPS before delivery.
Checkout: Why does your international checkout go through Bongo?
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
Checkout: How are shipping rates calculated?
All Bongo shipping rates are calculated, based on the weights and dimensions of the items you would like to purchase. Bongo shipments are fully trackable, and will be delivered directly to your door.
Bongo will provide you with an Express and Deferred transit option, at the time of checkout.
Bongo's shipping rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Bongo does NOT charge for:
- Fuel Surcharges
- Consolidation Fees
- Repackaging Fees
- Commercial Invoice Fees
- Discard/Trashing Fees
Checkout: How are currency conversion rates calculated?
The rate that you are quoting appears to be the market rate that Foreign Exchange Traders are trading at, at this time. These rates do not account for additional costs such as currency conversion costs, currency risk cost, and cross border fees charged by financial institutions. They are also the rate received when trading large sums of currency. Bongo provides competitive foreign exchange fees relative to individual cross border transactions.
It is important to note that you will be billed in your Native Currency and will not experience the fees you typically would on a Foreign Transaction from your credit card company.

Your Bongo tracking link and number is located in your Bongo confirmation email.
If you can not locate your Bongo tracking number, you can also use your Bongo Order number and email address.
Checkout: Why can't I pay duties/taxes at the time of checkout?
There are two possible reasons, for why you are unable to pay the duties/taxes at the time of checkout.
1.) You live in a country where Bongo is unable to calculate the duties and taxes, at the time of checkout. You will need to wait until your order has passed through your local customs office, so that they can determine what duties/taxes should be collected for your shipment. The carrier will collect the applicable duty/tax costs, applied by your local customs office, when the items are delivered to you.
2.) You are attempting to purchase an item, that Bongo is unable to calculate the duties/taxes for, at the time of checkout. You will need to wait until your order has passed through your local customs office, so that they can determine what duties/taxes should be collected for your shipment. The carrier will collect the applicable duty/tax costs, applied by your local customs office, when the items are delivered to you.
Checkout: Did my order go through?
If you received a Bongo confirmation email, Bongo did receive your order.
If your confirmation email is followed by an additional email, with a subject line of "Bongo Checkout Credit Card Verification", you will need to complete that verification process.
Once you complete the verification process, your order will be considered complete.
Checkout: How do I file a claim?
We are sorry to hear you experienced issues with your order.
If your order included Loss and Damage Protection and was lost or damaged during the international transit, you can contact [email protected] to initiate the claims process.
Please keep in mind that you have 7 days to initiate the claims process, from the time that the items were delivered to you.
Bongo will most likely ask you to provide images of any items that were damaged in transit. We will need those images, in order to complete the claims process.
Checkout: Can I change my order?
Please be advised that Bongo can not alter your completed order details, after your order has been submitted.
You can use your Bongo tracking link, to monitor the status of your shipment.
A Note About Product Warranties
Some manufacturer warranties will still be valid, and others will not, therefore shipping outside the USA may make the warranty null and void. Warranty inquires are handled on a case by case basis and final determination of warranty validity is based on the policies of the manufacturer and NOT International Checkout, Everywhere Chair or its integrated or non-integrated partner stores.
