Shipping Deadlines for Christmas

Personalization is our specialty! When in stock, personalized orders ship within 2 business days of placing your order.

Please refer to the following deadlines for ordering to insure delivery before Christmas. When determining how long it will take a product to get to you please follow these steps.

1. Check Availability for the item to determine Order Processing Time

• Every item has an Availability field which tells you how many days are needed to process, produce and ship your order. This information is found on the item page below the Price information and next to the "In Stock" icon. Refer to Figure 1 Below

• 

• Items which state "Usually ships the same business day" are stocked in our warehouse and can be shipped the same business day if your order is received before 12 pm ET. If ordered after 12 pm, then expect your order to ship the next business day.

• For all personalized items, we do stock these items here but the personalization process can take up to 2 business days.If you need to have a personalized item ship the same day, there is a $25 Rush Fee. Please get your order in by 10 am EST and enter this requirement in the Customer Comments or call us.

• All other Availability times usually indicate an item that is drop shipped and requires varying amounts of time to process. Please call us if you need to have this item before Christmas. 828-678-9660

2. Calculate the Shipping Transit Time

• For items with same day availability, Refer to Figure 2 Below, or the UPS Ground Map, to find out how many business days it will take your order to get to you. Items with other Availability times are usually drop shipped and take varying times to ship and ship from different parts of the country. Call us if you have concerns.  The times in the map below are for UPS Ground Only.

3. Add the Order Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time together to arrive at the number of BUSINESS DAYS (excludes weekends) it will take your item to arrive.

• Use the following chart to determine the last day you can order to receive your package before Christmas.  The times below are latest times to order having the package arrive on Christmas Eve if there are no delays for the package.

• IMPORTANT: With so many people already ordering online, the Holidays are going to flood the delivery companies and there will be package delivery delays.  We cannot foresee a specific delay ahead of time, and we will NOT be responsible for these delays as they are completely out of our control and UPS does not offer expedited delivery gaurantees during the holiday period.  This means if you choose UPS Next Day Air and it takes 2-3 business days to be delivered, there will be no refunds for the shipping costs.  Knowing this, please order early to gaurantee that you get the package by when you need it.  Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this information.

• Please note that UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select operate on business days as well. Meaning if you order something via UPS Next Day Air that ships on Friday, you will receive it on Monday not Saturday

  7 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Wednesday, December 14

  6 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Thursday, December 15

  5 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Friday, December 16

  4 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Monday, December 19

  3 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Tuesday, December 20

  2 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Wednesday, December 21

  1 Business Days Order by 12 pm EST on Thursday, December 22

  For Expedited Shipping - Use the appropriate Shipping Transit Time for the method you choose. Orders received after 12 pm cannot ship the same business day, if that is the Availbility Time. They will ship the next business day.
