NEW! Now available, the Photofilm process allows a photographic image of your file to be printed on a white background and cut out in a block, oval, circle or star format. It is then applied directly to the canvas of our Gold Medal Directors Chairs in under high heat and pressure, melding into the canvas. This is a more economical alternative to silk screening for smaller quantities of chairs. Business logos, personal photos or any other image can used to customize your directors chair. Color gradients are possible with this process. We can print any file type (.jpg, .gif, .eps, etc.), however the higher the resolution of the file will result in a better quality imprint. Vector art is preferred. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality. See the Imprint Info tab for more information on this process.
To Order is easy. Just choose the type directors chair you would like (see Related Items tab for descriptions) in the drop down list and chair price will be added to the imprint charge. Then, choose the wood finish and canvas color, and fill in the inscription options (see Imprint Info). Our PhotoFilm process begins with a thin, high-quality urethane film. Your custom lettering, logo, or photo is
then printed on the film using permanent pigments. The film is then CNC cut into the desired shape We then
permanently apply the urethane to the canvas panel. PhotoFilm allows for gradients, photos, complex lettering,
and unlimited colors- unmatched customization.
Imprint Location: The imprint is done on the back canvas of the chair. The INSIDE is where one's back would touch when sitting in the chair. The OUTSIDE would be seen from the back of the chair. Of course, the back canvas just slips down over the posts of the chair and can be turned around if you like, but the canvas does have a conventional front and back.
Other Options: If you would prefer your logo to appear independent of any background shape, we can precisely cut out your design and then apply it. Additionally, we can add any text using our ThermoFilm technique in conjunction with your logo. These processes require set up fees, so please call us at 866-732-8246 for a quote.
