I purchased two Telescope directors chairs from EverywhereChair on line. The transaction was flawless. I received confirmation and shipping Emails. Had no reason to contact the company after ordering. Pleased with the sturdy chairs but one tiny point is that you might want to go over the polyurethane finish lightly with very fine steel wool to smooth the rough spots as I did. -K. The merchant has an huge selection of all types of chairs. It is a pleasure to find such a place on the web. And it was a pleasure to do business with them. The only concern I have is that the merchant changed the color of one of the chairs without notifying me and/or giving me the option of changing the order. (I think the packing slip had a penciled-in comment saying that the requested color was out of stock.) I was very excited to find the replacement slings that EverywhereChair sold since I had looked Everywhere to buy one. My son has owned a sports glider since he was a small child.
