| To find out the cost of shipping your order: Add it to the shopping cart by clicking the order button which will take you to a page where you can type in your ship to city and zip code. Choose your shipping method and click the "Apply" button to see the cost for different methods. There are no handling charges or added fees. We do not inflate shipping charges to create artificially low prices or increase profit.

UPS Shipping Information:
- We ship predominantly by UPS. However, when ordering 1 or 2 Director's Chair replacement covers, you can save money by picking USPS Priority, and they will arrive faster in many cases.
- When choosing Expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select): Be sure to check the box "When will my order arrive via Standard UPS Ground Shipping?", as many times Ground will get your order as fast or faster that Air Shipping.

USPS (US Postal Service) Shipping Information:
- Alaska, Hawaii , US Territories and APO & FPO military Boxes.
Choose USPS Priority
US Territories include Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands Guam, Mariana Islands, Canal Zone. Delivery times vary, especially to military addresses which are longer, but are normally from 3-10 business days.
- Canadian addresses choose: Choose USPS Priority International
Due to high Brokerage Fees charged by UPS, we are shipping most Canadian orders via USPS International Priority. There is only a $5 Customs charge on packages PLUS all Import Taxes and Duties. Larger orders we will still ship by UPS, as we cannot take many large boxes to the Post Office. Important Note about Customs: You are responsible for customs duties and any other charges incurred during import. We cannot be responsible for these fees. Also, we will accept returned packages due to customers refusal to accept customs charges, however you will be responsible for Return Shipping as well as the original Shipping Charges, plus any restocking fees.
EXCEPTION: Orders shipped from Telescope Casual to Canada are sometimes charged GST & Brokerage Fees billed to us by UPS. These charges will be applied to the customers credit card. This charge usually comes a month after shipping.
NOTE: International Shipping:
Due to a high rate of package loss, we do NOT ship outside of the United States and its territories, except to Canada.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day comfort and quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund. BE SURE TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX FOR RETURNS. Please call 1-828-678-9660 first for a return authorization.
Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition, with original packaging. Items returned without orginal packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned
in a used condition, or abused in any way, will either be returned at customer expense or charged a auction resale fee. Some items incur a 10% - 25% restocking fee for returns. Any order over $1000 will automatically incur a 15% mandatory restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, for return of non defective merchandise. This does not apply to incorrect orders or defective merchandise. We may require a photograph of the defect or damage.
Exceptions: Personalized items cannot be returned. This means that if a sling is personalized, then it cannot be returned. However, the sling is removeable, and the chair frame can be returned if desired for a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of a replacement sling. Contact us if you are not happy with the quality of the personalization, and we will work out a solution.
Warranty Information
While most other online stores offer only a 30 day warranty on their products. Everywhere Chair offers a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY on all of the products we sell. For the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer for any defect. Following this period, we will provide information and assist in exercising the manufacturer warranty or, if not available, we will replace the product with the same or equivalent item. Digital pictures of the defect and/or returning the product to us may be required of the customer. |
