While most other online stores offer only a 30 day warranty on their products. Everywhere Chair offers a
FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY on most of the products we sell (exceptions are noted under the "Shipping & Warranty tab).
For the first 30 days after delivery, we will replace or repair the product at no charge to the customer for any defect. If the original item is not available, we will offer a similar or better item as a replacement. If the customer would rather have a refund and not a replacement, then the customer will be responsible at their expense for returning the defective item to us for inspection. Upon inspection, we will give a full refund for the defective product and any original shipping charges.
Following this 30 day period, we will provide information and assist in exercising the manufacturer's warranty. We may require Digital pictures of the defect and/or returning the product to us. No cash refunds will be given for the defective product after 30 days, only repair, replacement on in store credit.
