We are still a family run business and pride ourselves on individual customer attention to provide an outstanding shopping experience and follow up service.

Statement – Here at Everywhere Chair we know and base our business on the fact that you will return to shop again with us if you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, the product and service we offer. Therefore, we guarantee to our customers to do whatever we reasonably can to make that happen.
Searching Your Store - The most direct way to search our store is to use the Search Box located in the upper right header area. Enter any distinguishing keywords for the product you are looking for in the box and a search in the Name and Description will be done. Also, you may use the Shop By… feature, located in the upper left column, to search by price, manufacturer or chair feature. Major Categories of our store are listed below that and will break out to one subcategory.
Shopping Tips - Our products are organized into several categories by type or use. Some items appear in two or more categories. On the product page, there is a main image and item description which will be showing in the first tab. Additional images in the “More Images” tab. If a product has multiple color or pattern options, usually the first image will show these different swatches. Click on any image to enlarge it. The next tab contains Related Items, all the other items grouped into that category. Finally, be sure to read the Other Information tab, as it contains specialized shipping, warranty and return information.
Product Availability - Processing and Handling time for each product is shown in the Order Information Box. If there is a concern when the product will ship, please call us at 866-732-8246
Sizing - Dimensions for our chairs are usually located below the description.
Product and/or Warranty Information - Most products carry a one year conditional Warranty from the manufacturer. However, if this is not available, WE GUARANTEE OUR PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. A digital picture of the damage may be required and we will either repair or replace the defective product. Nno refunds will be given unless you ship the defective product back to us at your expense. *Personalized Items cannot be returned.
Rebates and Coupons Available – We offer various coupon codes for Discounts or Free Shipping throughout the year. Be sure to sign up for our Newsletter to receive these and when you do sign up, we will send you a $5 Off coupon.
Placing Order Options - To order an item or To find out the Shipping Cost for your order, simply add the items to your Shopping Cart by clicking the Add To My Order button. You are not obligated to purchase by adding any item to your cart. Quantities can be adjusted at any time.
Tax Information - We collect 7.75% Sales Tax on any order shipping to North Carolina, where we are located, as required by law. Any other state will not be charged sales tax.
Payment Methods Available - We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover – as well as PayPal. Also, personal checks or Money Orders can be mailed to us; just check out using the Purchase Order option and let us know how you will be paying in the Customer Comments area.
For any business, we accept Purchase Orders on your company form and expect payment within 15 days after receipt of order. First, please request and return our short Credit Application from customer service.
Problems with Your Order – If there is a problem with your order or you have a concern, please Contact Us by email or phone.
Change or Cancel an Order – We request that any changes or cancellations be communicated to us as quickly as possible. Items shipping same day from our warehouse must be cancelled or changed before 4 PM Eastern. Other items ship at different times from different locations, so our ability to change or cancel depends on what stage your order is at. You are liable for the order until your request can be confirmed.
Pricing or Description Errors – While we try to publish accurate and up to date information, sometimes there are errors in pricing or product description. We understand that your purchase is based on these factors, so we will try to work with you to correct the situation. However, when pricing is obviously incorrect (i.e. products with a $0 price) then we will cancel your order and inform you. If a product description is grossly inaccurate, we will give you the option of returning the product at no cost to you or give you a rebate on your order.
Free Shipping - We offer Free Shipping on many items. You can see all Free Shipping items by clicking on the category “Show All Free Shipping”. This offer is good only in the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping will incur an additional shipping charge. We will use the most economical ground shipping method to ship these items with delivery times ranging from 2-6 business days.
Shipping Methods Available - We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Your Sales Receipt will have a tracking link taking you to the appropriate shipper’s tracking page.
Shipping Times - We ship using the method which will get your order to you in the least amount of time. FedEx delivers to residential addresses on Saturdays, whereas UPS does not, so we will use FedEx when we can get your order to you for the weekend.
Shipping Rates – Our calculated Shipping Rates are pulled directly from the shipper’s published rates. We do not inflate shipping rates in order to display a discounted product price like many internet retailers do. Additionally, we offer Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping on many items.
International Customers - EverywhereChair.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an International Checkout cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout Customer Service Department.
Please note that coupon code discounts are not valid for international orders and will not pass to the IC cart.
Track Your Order – You can always find out your order status by going to our Order Status Page. Enter your order information there to see at what stage of fulfillment your order is. When your order ships, you will receive by email your tracing information via a link in the Sales Receipt email.
Return Policy - We offer a 30 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURN PERIOD with no questions asked and generally no restocking fees. See our complete Return Policy.
Process - Please request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the item back to us. You can do this by email to email@example.com or calling our Customer Service agents at 828-678-9660. You will receive a number to write on the outside of the box. It is recommended that you use a shipping method with tracking capability.

Restocking Fee - We normally DO NOT charge any restocking fees on returned resaleable items. Some large dropshipped items may incur a restocking fee from the manufacturer as stated in the Other Information tab. Large orders over $1000 will incur a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, or an auction resale fee will be charged.
Shipping - PLEASE NOTE that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return of all non-defective items. If an item included Free Shipping, then the customer will be charged the actual shipping cost we incurred delivering the item.
Warranties – We offer an unrestricted* 30 Day Hassle Free Return Guarantee where a product can be returned for any reason for exchange or refund. After this period, we will usually work with the manufacturer to replace any defective product. Unlike other web stores, WE GUARANTEE OUR PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. After the initial 30 Day Return Period, we will either repair or replace the defective product, no refunds will be given unless you ship the defective product back to us at your expense *Personalized Items cannot be returned.
